Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services offered by KG Funded ("KG Funded", "we", "us", "our"), including our trading-evaluation programs and funded ("Nostro") accounts (together, the "Services"). By purchasing or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Nature of the Services

KG Funded provides simulated trading-evaluation programs and funded-account programs for the purpose of assessing trading skill. All trading activity takes place in a simulated/demo environment using the firm's virtual capital under defined rules. The Services are not a brokerage, do not provide access to a third party's real funds, and are not an offer of securities, investment advice, or portfolio-management services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You must not be located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where the Services are prohibited or where you are subject to sanctions.
You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including tax obligations on any payouts.

3. The Evaluation

To qualify for a funded account, you must complete an evaluation by meeting the stated objectives (for example, an 8% profit target) while respecting the risk limits (for example, a 5% maximum daily loss and 10% maximum drawdown). The exact rules, targets, and limits are shown at the point of purchase and may be updated from time to time.

Market hours & position-holding limits. Positions must respect the real market hours of their instrument and the following holding limits, which are automatically enforced: (a) metals (e.g. gold/silver) positions must not be held while the metals market is closed — on weekends, and during the daily one-hour break at 01:00–02:00 Dubai time (21:00–22:00 UTC); and (b) cryptocurrency positions must not be held open for more than 12 hours. Leaving a position open in breach of these limits will cause the account to be closed out and to fail, and a new evaluation would be required. These times are applied globally (the same moment worldwide) and are shown in Dubai time (UTC+4) / UTC.

4. Funded Accounts, Profit Split & Payouts

Traders who pass the evaluation may receive a funded ("Nostro") account and are entitled to a profit split of up to 90%, depending on the tier.

Payout conditions. You may withdraw profits only: the amount by which your account equity exceeds its starting balance. Your funded capital remains with KG Funded at all times. Each payout is capped at 10% of the account's starting balance, and you must always leave at least 3% above the starting balance in the account, and a payout will never bring your equity below 103% of the starting balance. Your first payout becomes available after a minimum of 5 trading days, provided the account is in profit. Payouts are requested on-demand, paid in cryptocurrency (USDT), and are subject to compliance with these Terms, the account rules, and our anti-abuse and consistency policies. Profit splits, payout schedules, scaling plans, and rules are described at purchase and may be adjusted.

5. Fees & Payment

Each account tier carries a one-time evaluation fee as displayed at purchase.
Payments are processed by a third-party cryptocurrency payment processor. We do not store your wallet credentials.
Prices, fees, and reset fees may change at any time. The fee applicable is the one shown at the time of your purchase.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: exploit errors, latency, or pricing gaps; use prohibited strategies, bots, or coordinated/group trading against the firm; operate multiple accounts to circumvent rules; provide false information; or use the Services for any unlawful purpose (including money laundering or sanctions evasion). Breach may result in immediate termination without refund.

7. Breach & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, disable trading, and withhold payouts if you breach these Terms, the account rules, or applicable law, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse. Where a breach occurs, fees are non-refundable.

8. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that you will pass the evaluation, receive funding, generate profit, or receive any payout. Most participants do not pass. Please read our Risk Disclosure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KG Funded shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials associated with the Services are owned by KG Funded or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date and applies from posting.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai), and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
