Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when evaluation fees paid to KG Funded may or may not be refunded. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Refundable with your first payout

Your one-time evaluation fee is refundable: it is credited back to you together with your first payout once you pass the evaluation, receive a funded account, and satisfy the applicable payout conditions. This is the primary way the fee is returned.

2. Before the evaluation begins

If you have purchased an evaluation but have not yet started trading and your account has not been activated, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Such refunds are granted at our reasonable discretion.

3. When fees are non-refundable

• Once the evaluation has started (any trading activity or account activation), the fee is non-refundable except as set out in Section 1.
• Reset fees and add-on purchases are non-refundable.
• Fees are non-refundable where an account is terminated for breach of the Terms, prohibited conduct, or suspected fraud.

4. Cryptocurrency payments

Payments are made in cryptocurrency (e.g., USDT). Where a refund is approved, it will be sent in the same cryptocurrency to the wallet you paid from. Please note:

• Blockchain network fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
• We refund the equivalent amount paid; we are not responsible for exchange-rate fluctuations between the time of payment and refund.
• You are responsible for providing a correct wallet address; refunds sent to an address you provide cannot be reversed.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@kgfunded.com from the address used at purchase, including your order details. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe there is an error, please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback or dispute without contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
